Privacy Policy

When you send an inquiry, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, and message, plus anything optional you choose to add (company or project, type of need, timeline and budget range).

We don’t ask you to create an account, and the site doesn’t collect anything else about you through the form.

To read and respond to your inquiry, to ask clarifying questions, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. We don’t use it for anything else, and we don’t add you to mailing lists.

This website is hosted by Vercel, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the service.

We use Resend, an email delivery service, to deliver form submissions to our inbox. Resend processes your submission only to deliver it.

Our business inbox is hosted by Google Workspace. Inquiries, and any email you send us directly, are stored there.

To limit abuse, our server briefly uses your IP address in memory to count requests. We don’t store it. If we enable bot protection on the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a submission comes from a person, and Cloudflare processes technical information (such as your IP address and browser details) to do that.

This site doesn’t use analytics, tracking cookies or advertising, and it doesn’t set cookies of its own. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the processors described above.

Inquiries arrive as emails. We keep them as long as needed to respond and to follow up on any resulting work, and afterwards as part of ordinary business records.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@torklabs.dev or use the contact form, and we’ll reply by email.

If how we handle information changes, for example if we add a new service provider, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
